We’re Marcel and Tiana!

Based in Auckland, and recently engaged, we’re really excited to introduce ourselves as co-owners of Marconi Building NZ - a building company created with a simple focus: making the process of improving your home feel safe, respectful, and enjoyable.

We understand that people’s homes are one of their most valued possessions, and we don’t take that lightly. Whether it’s restoring, renovating, enhancing, or transforming a space, our goal is to help bring your vision to life while keeping the process stress-free, transparent, and well communicated from start to finish.

Marcel has built a strong reputation in the industry for his workmanship and reliability. He takes a considered, detail-focused approach to every project, with a real emphasis on doing things properly from the ground up. Known for being dependable, honest, and sharp-minded, much of our work comes through word of mouth from our amazing clients - something we’re really proud of.

Tiana manages the admin and client side of the business. With a admin background in law and real estate, she focuses on keeping everything organized, transparent, and running smoothly from start to finish.

Alongside that, she’s also a musician - working with artists around the world while continuing to write and develop her own music. That creative side flows into the business too, especially when it comes to connecting with people and bringing a more personal, thoughtful approach to what we do.
